All phenomena in the atmosphere, lithosphere, and biosphere cannot be imagined without the participation of water.

The water circulates in nature and constantly goes through cycles of exploitation, use, discharge after exhausting cycle and returns to the kind of atmospheric and liquid water. But the water during these cycles of exploitation is changing mostly in a negative sense, is like a kidney with harmful substances and pollutants from biological, chemical and radiological nature (although the water according to chemical composition H2O is a compound of hydrogen and oxygen, it is such a neat composition not found even in nature. Pure water in nature is gone, but it contains several different substances dissolved in it.
